General information

These general conditions of sale are aimed at the purchase of products made remotely via computer network on the site, owned by Attilio Servi with headquarters in Via Campobello, 1C, 00040 Pomezia RM. Each purchase operation will be subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 185/99 and Legislative Decree no. 206/05; the information required for the conclusion of the contract will be subject to art. 12 of Legislative Decree no. 70/03 and, as regards the protection of confidentiality, will be subject to the regulations of Legislative Decree no. 196/03.

The purchase contracts will be considered finalized when the customer sends the purchase order through the website and the latter will promptly send the customer receipt of the purchase order made by the customer.

The customer, by submitting his purchase order electronically, declares to have read and accepted these general conditions of contract and agrees to observe and respect them in its relations with Attilio Servi Pasticceria.

Personal data processing

Attilio Servi Pasticceria, in compliance with art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, states that personal and fiscal data acquired, including that acquired verbally, with reference to the commercial relations established, provided directly by the interested parties, or otherwise acquired within the scope of the company’s activities, will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned regulations, including the confidentiality obligations therein specified.

In relation to the above, the rights referred to in Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 may be exercised.

Customer’s obligations

The customer is obliged to carefully read these general conditions of sale before sending his purchase order. The forwarding of the purchase order implies their full knowledge and acceptance. Finally, once the online purchase procedure has been completed, the Customer is required to print and keep these general conditions of contract, which have already been viewed and accepted during the conclusion phase of the contract.

Sales prices

The prices indicated on the website are inclusive of VAT and all other taxes, with the exception of those in which it is otherwise indicated.

Delivery of products: timing, costs and methods​

The vendor Attilio Servi Pasticceria undertakes to book the courier for delivery exclusively on payment received. The goods are shipped by express courier and the delivery time on Italian soil is 1-4 working days. However, these delivery times are to be considered indicative, as any delays are solely attributable to the courier and the seller Attilio Servi Pasticceria is not in any way responsible.

During sales or promotions and during the Christmas holidays, shipments may be delayed.

Shipping costs on Italian soil are as follows:

  • from 0 to 2 kg. €. 7.32
  • from 2 to 5 kg. €. 8.54
  • from 5 to 10 kg. €. 10.98
  • from 10 to 20 Kg. €. 13.42

Prices are inclusive of VAT.

Shipments will be made by Poste Italiane /SDA.

In case of non-delivery due to absence of the recipient at the address indicated in the order, the courier will leave a notice and try again a second time. If the recipient is still absent, the courier will leave a notice for the collection of the package at the post office of reference, where it will remain in storage for a further 7 working days. Finally, after these 7 working days the package will be returned to Attilio Servi Pasticceria.

In the event that the package is delivered with any damage on the packaging, the consumer customer must indicate on the delivery receipt of the courier “accepted with reservation”. You will also be asked to email, indicating the nature of the damage to the packaging and any products contained.

Right to withdraw

The products purchased on the website are subject to the rules of the Consumer Code (art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014), therefore the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of goods. Within this period, the customer must send a registered letter with return receipt to Attilio Servi Pasticceria, Via Campobello, 1C, 00040 Pomezia RM. In this registered letter it will be necessary to indicate the request for withdrawal duly signed. The refund will be applied to the same means used for the purchase (on the credit card in case of purchase with Paypal, on the bank account in case of bank transfer etc.). The customer is required to send the goods, via tracking shipment, and to package it in a manner that ensures its integrity during transport. The cost of returning the goods shall be covered by the customer. The goods must always be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The refund of the price of the goods will take place as soon as possible, and in any case no later than 30 days from receipt of the registered letter with which the will to return the goods has been expressed.

Attilio Servi Pasticceria reserves the right to assess the integrity of the returned goods and in case of damage, any repair costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
In the event that the provisions for the right of withdrawal herein described are not respected or the goods are irreversibly damaged, the customer will not be entitled to a refund of the amounts paid. The customer, in this case, may request the shipment at their own expense of the goods, if they have already been sent back to Attilio Servi Pasticceria and get the products back in the state in which they were returned to the seller.


The products on the website are subject to the warranties provided by the legislation applicable at the time of purchase. Attilio Servi Pasticceria is liable to the customer for defects of conformity at the time of delivery of the goods, provided that the goods have been used correctly and not damaged due to the negligence of the customer. Attilio Servi Pasticceria reserves the right to assess the actual fault of the goods and then provide for the repair or replacement of the same.
The costs of returning the goods shall be charged to the customer.
